Delivery times
Your order is prepared within 1–3 working days, then shipped with tracking. Then allow:
- France: 7–15 days
- European Union (Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands…): 8–15 days
- Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman: 10–20 days
- Rest of the world: 12–25 days
We do not ship to the United States yet.
These delivery times apply to the bunny plush hot-water bottle. For our other items (animal and fruit plush hot-water bottles, hand warmers, belts), shipped from our supplier's warehouse, allow 10–20 days in France, 12–22 days in the European Union and 15–30 days elsewhere.
Quantity discounts
Discounts apply automatically at checkout, in any mix of colors:
- 2 bottles: €34.90 instead of €39.80 (€4.90 off)
- 3 bottles: €49.90 instead of €59.70 (€9.80 off)
- 4 bottles: €59.90 instead of €79.60 (€19.70 off)
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Customs duties and taxes (outside the European Union)
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes or handling fees may be charged by the carrier on delivery, depending on the destination country. These are paid by the customer and are not included in the price paid on our store. If a parcel is refused for this reason, return costs may be deducted from the refund.
Late or lost parcel
If your parcel hasn't arrived 15 days after the end of the delivery time for your destination, email us at yanisbalcon5@gmail.com with your order number: we'll check with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, reship your order or refund you.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address when ordering. If you spot a mistake, contact us quickly: we can fix it as long as the parcel hasn't shipped.
Damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo on receipt: we'll send a new item or refund you, your choice.
