Which colors are available?
Four colors: pink, grey, beige and praline pink. All have pink ears and embroidered sleepy eyes.
How much is shipping?
Nothing: tracked shipping is free from 1 bottle, everywhere we deliver. And the more you take, the less you pay: 2 for €34.90, 3 for €49.90 and 4 for €59.90, automatically at checkout, in any mix of colors.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to around a hundred countries: France in 7–15 days, European Union in 8–15 days, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Japan and a few more in 10–20 days, rest of the world in 12–25 days. We don't ship to the United States yet.
These delivery times apply to the bunny plush hot-water bottle. For our other items (animal and fruit plush hot-water bottles, hand warmers, belts), shipped from our supplier's warehouse, allow 10–20 days in France, 12–22 days in the European Union and 15–30 days elsewhere.
Will I pay customs fees?
For deliveries inside the European Union, no — everything is included. For deliveries outside the EU (Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland…), customs duties and local taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery. They are paid by the customer and aren't included in the price.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, then shipped with tracking according to your destination (see above). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How big is it?
About 7.7 × 5.3 in (19.5 × 13.5 cm) with a 350 ml (12 fl oz) capacity: small enough to hold in your hands, big enough to warm your tummy or feet.
What is it made of?
The bottle is high-density PVC. It slips into a super-soft plush cover that's removable and washable.
Is it useful for kids at night?
Tucked into the bed before bedtime, it warms the sheets and holds its heat for a long time: your child gets into a warm bed instead of a cold one. And since it is also a plush toy, they keep it in their arms even once it has cooled down.
How do I use it safely?
Fill it two-thirds with hot water. Never heat it in the microwave and never put it in the freezer. Check that the cap is screwed on tight, avoid long contact with bare skin, and replace it if the PVC is cracked or hardened.
Is it suitable for kids?
Yes. For little ones, an adult should fill the bottle and check the temperature before handing it over.
What if I don't love it?
You have 14 days after delivery to send it back. In France and the European Union we cover the return shipping; in other countries it is paid by the customer. Write to us from our Contact page.
